Fundal height measurement?

Im 38 weeks pregnant and my fundal height measurement today was 46 cm. My measurements have always been bigger then normal, but I was only 44.5 cm last week. They are also saying that he is weighing over 8 lbs 3 oz (now in the 90th percentile), and he is breech. Last week they said want to do a c section next Monday on the 6th. Has anyone every had this problem? Just seems so fast, so Im looking for advice please.
