Taking the SAT tomorrow for the first time and I'm so incredibly nervous?

I'm a junior. I took the PSAT my sophomore year and got a 169, which was 80th percentile compared to the juniors at the time. I haven't really "studied" so to speak but I have learned a lot, I've reviewed the questions I got wrong, and worked on the things they said to work on a little bit. I'm gonna take it again at the beginning of my senior year, but if I take the practice test tonight would it be ridiculous to hope for a 1800 or above tomorrow? Also, does anyone have some last minute tips? Thank you. :)
