HOW TO MAKE MY SICK RABBIT MORE COMFORTABLE?

I took my rabbit to the vet today and she has a upper respitory infection/conjuntvis (not sure how to spell) and they said she'll be fine and gave her medcine. she doesnt feel very well so how can I make her more comfortable? what can I do for her?
