My baby boy is always hungry!?

If he wants that much and he isn't acting overfull when he is done then it is what he needs. Since he does have reflux I will say you might want to check with his doctor. I know that reflux babies like to suck if their tummy hurts and eating can ease the pain of the reflux. So a lot of times they end up over eating. Have you tried a pacifier? If nothing else works but feeding him, then he is just hungry. It should die down in another few days after the growth spurt if over.
