I got3 week old baby rabbits please help why is none answering this is ergent please rabbits life on the line?

ok my neahbour left 3 3week old rabbits (long story) and i just got them for 5 hours know what do i feed them and how do i keep them warm and all that stuff so fare i am feeding them grass and fresh greens. what els is there to know please answer
