Well... If you liked Gakuen Alice, then you should watch Cardcaptor Sakura and Shugo Chara. They both meet all of your requirements. I also suggest you watch Kaichou wa Maid-Sama and Special A. They aren't fantasy, but they're hilarious, especially Special A.
