In the eyes of the Lord, is it a sin to be a violent person?

I am 17 & have in intermittent explosive disorder, which causes me to have aggressive "spells", I guess you could call them, that last for 10 minutes to an hour. I am a very nice person other than this. When I get into these funks, I look for someone to offend or disrespect me, and they will lose their teeth. I feel glad, or as if pressure is off my chest when I get in a fight - with a girl, boy, man woman mind you- After I cause a fight I feel bewildered as to why I did it, though I know it's IED - but what do alla yall think??
