Usually, when a guy is always staring at you, it would imply an interest. Whenever I give an oral presentation, I try to be liberal with where my eyes are, but I do find myself glancing towards certain members of the audience. If it makes you that uncomfortable, try not to look at him when you know he is looking at you.
