MY RABBIT IS SICK! PLEASE HELP?

we brought our rabbit to the vet and it has a upper respitory infection/conjuntivis and they gave it a medcine and she is taking that but she looks like she doesnt feel very well today. so how can I make her more comfotable? her ears feel very hot but we dont have a thermometer to take her temp so what should I do for that?
