Boy truly believes he had a twin, but his family claims he never did. Help?

It doesn't matter what caused this, the boy has had no twin. This is not a person I would want living in my house! He is seriously disturbed and unpredictable. He needs professional care, but not at the expense of a family who really isn't involved. gw
