What does it mean to have a high IQ?

Well i just turned 14 at the end of may and i was wondering what it meant to have a high IQ because i recently found out my IQ was 130 after scoring in the 97th percentile in some standardized test and also is 130 high or average. If anyone could give me some information that would really help thanks.
