Can I have a little download of the Yoruba culture? Why should a people generally act before they think?

I took time to look at the Yoruba man but I am bewildered each time I drew my conclusions. The Israelis saw the Palestinians as anarchists and that was what they were. The Yoruba man equally practices anarchism. Why should a mortal man give place to anarchism as a way of life? My best friends are found amongst this people but my gravest assailants are found within this race.
