What happened to my Dog?

This morning my dog (lab and pit mixed; 6 months old) ran away from me to chase a rabbit. She pinned down the rabbit and next thing I know I hear my dog yelp. Well I didn't think to much of it, and now almost half a day later, she isn't doing so well. She has bumps all over her, and her right eye is basically swollen shut. I don't quite know what the rabbit did to her. Maby it bit her, or scratched her eye. I don't know. I am really worried. If someone could tell me what they think my dog has, it would be much appreciated. Thanks to all!
