What does this dream mean?

I dreamed I was pregnant, and gave birth to a baby. In the dream I was thinking, wow, that was easy- it didn't even hurt. Then I was carrying the baby in a towel, showing it to everyone in my family. They said, no, that is a baby rabbit. I looked down and it was... I was carrying around a baby rabbit. What could that mean? I should not be pregnant, though it is a low possibility.
