What does it mean if you dream a snake is coming out of your stomach?

I had a dream that I was pregnant and then I saw 2 points sticking out of my stomach and a snake came through and then fell to the ground covered in blood and slid away. I think the snake was either green or yellow and it had 2 heads. I didn't feel any pain and i wasn't scared just bewildered. I have never had dreams about snakes before. Does anyone know what this means
