I got3 week old baby rabbits please help?

ok the nieghbours got thier mother and left the babys on purpos they sed the next door neigbhour (greg)is looking after them he sed no i just got them 30 min ago thats when they left know i am feeding them greens is this ok and thier 2 of them on full grey and one black and white
