Can I still get into pre-med, and med school?

High school grades don't really matter that much as long as you can get into the college you want to go for undergrad. Then, in college, you need basically a 4.0, hundreds of hours of volunteering, on campus extracurriculars, and relevant work experience to get into med school. Only about 45% of applicants get into medical school.
