Any college grants/scholarships for adults with Asperger's syndrome?

You got some good information from others here. Also: there are so many experts on financial aid that you should be able to find someone that can help walk you through this. Go to the financial aid dept at the college you are interested in and ask them for help. That is what they are paid for.
